Diffuser-type Multistage Barrel Pump

The MG series pumps comply with the ISO 13709 (API 610) BB5 configuration. They are horizontal, radially split, diffuser-type, multistage barrel pumps, with rotors designed in a series arrangement (all impeller inlets facing the motor direction) or a back-to-back configuration. For small-sized pumps, the mechanical seal chamber and bearing housing must be disassembled before the entire internal cartridge unit can be withdrawn. For large-sized pumps, the entire internal cartridge unit can be removed as an integral assembly together with the bearing housing and mechanical seal chamber, and can be reinstalled as a whole after maintenance, saving maintenance time.
